Description:  This is an antique c1900 9ct tested moonstone heart with seed pearl halo in pink gold.

Note:  With limited cutting equipment and hand-cut craftsmanship, Victorian heart-shaped cabochons did not have the sharp and pointed cleft. I think it gives the classic heart a very personal and organic touch.
