PAYMENT

TIGERLILYS MAKES PURCHASING CONVENIENT AND WITH OUR CLIENTS' DISCRETION AS A MAIN PRIORITY

We accept various forms of payment including PayPal, Venmo, bank wire, and most major credit cards.  Your discretion is of our utmost importance and sales pricing, payment terms, and customer information is never disclosed.

TO HOLD A TREASURE

TIGERLILYS ENCOURAGES CLIENTS TO TAKE THEIR TIME IN DECIDING ON A PURCHASE.

On occasion, we work with you to reserve a selection prior to purchase.  These reservations or “holds” are complementary and on a case by case basis.  To be considerate and fair to all clients, we implement a “first to pay” consideration. 

LAYAWAY / PAYMENT PLANS

TIGERLILYS HAPPILY ACCEPTS LAYAWAYS, LAYBYS, AND/PAYMENT SCHEDULES.

We firmly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to own beautiful and exquisite pieces. There is no minimum purchase amount to request a layaway.  We work with you on each purchase to come up with a flexible payment schedule.  Each layaway includes a non-refundable deposit with additional monthly payments. 

Respectfully, we rely on the prompt payment towards your layaway purchases.  Any non-payment of a scheduled layaway in excess of 5 days past due, may result in the suspension of an open layaway. Regretfully, all monies paid are forfeited in the event of a suspension.

At this time, we accept up to $2500USD in layaway purchase(s).  You may have more than one layaway piece, so long as the total purchase amount for all pieces does not exceed $2500USD.

RETURNS

TIGERLILYS STRIVES TO EXCEED EXPECTATIONS FROM THE PURCHASING, PACKAGING, AND RECEIPT OF YOUR TREASURE

Your satisfaction is our primary goal.  We want customers to return for years to come!  In the event, a piece does not meet your satisfaction, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.  Respectfully, you will be required to return the piece, in the same condition received, insured and at your cost. 

Regretfully, there are certain instances where we cannot accept a return.  Custom or bespoke pieces, pieces resized or modified per your specific instructions, or layaway pieces may not be returned.

TIGERLILYS WORKS TIRELESSLY TO PROCURE, EVALUATE, AND DESCRIBE PIECES TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY.

We continue to keep up with research, education, training, and professional evaluations in order to make sure you have all the factors needed to make the perfect purchase.  We do realize that mistakes happen or differing evaluations occur.  In the rare event that a piece is not properly described based on period, composition, and/or condition, please reach out to us!   There is never a restocking fee for items returned due to damage or if not as described.  We may ask for you to provide an independent appraisal and evaluation so that we may better understand and improve our knowledge.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

TIGERLILYS PACKAGES AND SHIPS EACH PIECE LIKE THE TREASURE IT IS!

When you purchase a piece from the TigerLilys store, you purchase an entire experience.  We carefully package, present, and ship each piece within 1-2 business days of purchase.  We ship both nationally in the US and internationally through the following carriers:  USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx (Prices may vary depending on the carrier selected).
